The Clinic Manager collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure excellent medical care at our Cenegenics Mexico City clinic. This position involves overseeing all administrative and operational functions related to the clinic's medical services, ensuring efficiency and excellence. In addition, the Clinic Manager works closely with the Medical Director and the Cenegenics management team in strategic planning and execution to ensure the highest quality of care for all clients.

What you will do
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain clinic equipment and supplies, and ensure that they are well stocked and functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to expand the capacity of the Mexico City clinic and maintain a high level of service.
  • Recruit, train and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback and implement professional development plans.
  • Manage the clinic's budget and ensure compliance with financial objectives. Oversee billing and collection processes.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Concierge to assist clients, provide high quality service, organize their schedules, prepare meeting rooms for appointments, coordinate with the clinic team to ensure appointments run smoothly, manage their comments and resolve them promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitary regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and company policies. Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Perform any additional assigned tasks or related projects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical administrative management is required.
  • Recognized title.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are required to communicate effectively with physicians, other medical professionals, office staff and clients.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant medical and administrative software (G-Suite, Airtable, EHR).
  • Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of health regulations, accreditation standards and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Feel comfortable working independently and owning the projects, defining deadlines and deliverables.
  • A letter of recommendation from previous employer, supervisor, or director.
  • A native level of spoken and written English is essential.
