Clinic Physician

As a Cenegenics physician, you'll be shaping the future of healthcare. You'll be at the forefront of preventive healthcare and lifestyle medicine, leveraging state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to uncover health risks and guide clients toward healthier lives.
The clinic physician plays a key role in collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the delivery of medical services at our Cenegenics Mexico City clinic. In addition to providing direct client care, the clinic physician, in collaboration with the medical director, implements and evaluates the Cenegenics approach to maintain the highest standards of care for all clients. This role also involves sharing key administrative responsibilities that impact the clinic's medical services, while working closely together to drive strategic planning and optimize overall service delivery.
What you will do
- Provide direct care to clients both in the clinic and through telemedicine.
- Collaborate with staff on the integration of medical services into Cenegenics' overall solutions.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed record of client interactions in the electronic medical record and ensure that all documentation complies with current health regulations and standards.
- Generate personalized insights and recommendations for clients based on their multidisciplinary data, in collaboration with the clinic's medical director and clinical staff.
- Provide ongoing support and encourage compliance with customized plans by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to an environment of innovation, continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices in healthcare to improve customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Specialty in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience outside of residency.
- Medical license and professional license in force in Mexico without restrictions.
- Passion and expertise in the science of aging and longevity.
- Be comfortable in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a medical technology start-up company.
- Ability to provide high-level medical care to a demanding customer base.
- Ability to adapt to learning new computer programs.
- Knowledge of electronic health record system and HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work in our Mexico City clinic.
