Position: Medical Director

As Medical Director, you will play a key role in the implementation and evolution of our longevity protocols and our Cenegenics Method, a pioneering diagnostic and wellness platform designed to deliver personalized long-term information. In collaboration with the clinic director and our cross-functional teams, you will oversee clinical operations and be responsible for ensuring that our protocols are innovative and client-centric. You will also work closely with the executive medical director, technical teams and product experts to continually refine and advance the Cenegenics Method, putting you at the forefront of the future of healthcare.

What you will do

To provide personalized attention and excellence to our clients, helping them to live longer and healthier lives.
Play an integral role in recruiting and developing a world-class clinical team for our Mexico City clinic.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and service excellence.
Collaborate with the executive medical director and product team to develop and refine the Cenegenics Method, ensuring it remains at the forefront of longevity science.
Lead multidisciplinary data reviews to generate personalized and actionable health insights for clients.
Advise on the acquisition of new equipment, tools and technologies.
Participate in the contracting and selection of suppliers and authorized professionals.
Oversee staff clinical activity, including periodic performance evaluations and feedback.
Contribute decisively to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of medical care.

Requirements

Passion for the science of aging, longevity and the future of personalized medicine.
Be comfortable in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a medical technology start-up company.
An M.D. from an accredited medical school and board certification in a primary care discipline or subspecialty (preferred).
Six to eight years of direct patient care experience, with leadership or director level experience.
Licensed to practice in Mexico.
A letter of recommendation from previous employer, supervisor, or director.
A native level of spoken and written English is essential.
