Digital Marketing Specialist
Summary
The ideal candidate can create, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels including organic search, paid search, display advertising and social media. Supports initiatives focused on Cenegenics Wellness customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Includes budget planning, content ideation, maintaining social calendar and execution schedules, and managing against KPIs.
- Develop and expand brand presence in social networks. Such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and DSPs (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music).
- Manage social networks. Includes interacting with the audience on social networks, sharing, co-creating and editing photos and videos, and setting up ad campaigns.
- Responsible for creating a monthly content calendar. Includes images, captions and strategic hashtags for each content created.
- Research advertising trends.
- Research competitors' prices and products.
- Decide on the appropriate placement of advertisements.
- Determine what content will reach customers.
- Develop projects to create content.
- Publish digital marketing content online.
- Implement e-mail marketing campaigns.
- Measure digital traffic.
- Monitor social networks and Google Analytics.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
- Report on campaign growth and analysis to stakeholders.
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor project status and budget.
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
- Devise and implement experiments and conversion tests.

What we are looking for
- More than 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience working with a CPG brand/company
- Proficient in email, social media and SEO strategies.
- Experience with various CRM platforms
